Robert J. Casillas, CPA
Robbie completed his education at California State University in San Bernardino, becoming licensed as a CPA in California, Nevada, and Texas. He enjoys the relationship side of accounting, and takes advantage of the opportunity to work directly with clients on a daily basis. He values one-on-one conversations, taking the time to understand each client’s unique situation and partnering with them to overcome challenges. Nothing gives him more satisfaction than helping clients plan for their future, and then watching them succeed.
As a youth, Robbie had many positive, hard-working role models in his life. Traveling with his parents as a military dependent, he had the unique experience of living overseas as well as throughout much of the continental United States. These experiences help him relate to people from all walks of life. He also considers himself fortunate to have spent time working on his grandfather’s farm in New Mexico. Long hours, discipline, and hard work were part of everyday life, and the lessons he learned there continue to shape his approach to both business and life today.
While Robbie is no longer coaching on the field, his passion for mentorship continues both at home and in the community. As a proud father of triplets, two daughters and a son, he enjoys guiding them as they navigate life after college. One especially proud moment, among many, was when his son joined the firm in 2025. His children continue to turn to him for advice and often refer their friends to him for both personal and professional guidance. He also remains committed to building strong relationships through community involvement, staying active through social connections and his church whenever possible.
In his free time, Robbie enjoys boxing as a way to stay active and focused, benefiting both mind and body. He is also embracing the joys of the empty nest stage, making the most of this new chapter while continuing to invest in the people and relationships that matter most. Looking ahead, one of his greatest aspirations is to create a charitable foundation that allows him to give back to the local community.
